Returns Overview

We offer Free 30-day returns with every purchase. Risk free at no cost to you. We organise a courier collection directly from you and refund in full once collected. Our simple returns instruction has been set out below.

To start a return simply email hello@yearn.co.uk with your order number.

We will try our best to organise a collection day that suits you. All that we ask is that your order has been repackaged in the original packaging.

Once your order has been collected and received back to our factory, your refund will be initiated and typically takes 1-5 days.

I've changed my mind

That's absolutely fine. You can cancel your order at any time before or after dispatch. Once your order has been delivered you also have up to 30 days to notify us if you change your mind whilst in possession of your order.

What happens if my Mirror doesn't fit?

Please email us and we will organise a free return at no cost to you. We always recommend measuring twice before ordering. All measurements displayed on site are exact.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, of course. you have up to 30 days from accepting your delivery to advise us if you would like to exchange your mirror(s) with an alternative. the returned item must be repackaged in the original packaging.

I've received my mirror broken

Simply email us within 30 days of delivery so that we can organise a collection/exchange or full refund. We would appreciate if damages are reported within the first 7 days of receipt.

Can I send my order back myself?

Due to the fragile nature of our products, we can only accept returns that have been organised by our own dedicated delivery partners.

Can you collect my order from a different address?

We are only able to collect from the original delivery address at the time of your order.

Returns exclusions

We are unable to accept returns on custom made or bespoke items that are made to your requirements. Bespoke orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable. We will additionally advise this when preparing a quote for any custom made mirror(s).

We may also decline returns on Mirror(s) returned in a used condition with visible wear and tear as well as mirror(s) that have been wall mounted.

Returns Policy Summary

  • We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns are free, at no cost to you. Due to the fragile nature of our mirrors we will organise for our preferred delivery partner to collect your return directly from your door.

  • To initiate your return we must receive your request via email within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in the original unused condition, repackaged in the original packaging. Damages and change of mind returns will only be accepted if we have been notified within the 30 day return window.

  • Returns that are requested out side of the 30 day returns window will not be accepted. We do not accept returns on bespoke/custom-made special orders which are non-cancellable/non-refundable/non-returnable. Returns can be refused if sent back without the original packaging.

  • Once your return has been collected and received back to our factory we will review your return before authorising a refund. The refund processing times are typically 1-5 working days. Payment will be processed back to the original charging card only.
