Delivery Overview

We offer Free UK Mainland and Northern Ireland Delivery on all orders, with every mirror carefully packaged to ensure its arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Before your mirror(s) are dispatched we perform quality checks at every production stage ensuring each piece earns the Yearn seal of approval.

Once your mirror(s) have been dispatched you will receive tracking updates via text and email.

We remain on-hand to provide support should you need advice or guidance on the installation of your mirror(s)

UK Mainland and Northern Ireland Delivery Time Scales

Small Item Delivery

UK Mainland: 2-3 days.

Northern Ireland: 3-4 days.

Large Item Delivery

UK Mainland: 2-7 days.

Northern Ireland: 14-21 days.

Express Delivery

UK Mainland: 1-2 days.(selected products)

Northern Ireland: Currently unavailable

Useful Delivery Information

Can I select an exact delivery time?

We are unable to offer exact timed deliveries however once your order has been dispatched the courier typically provide a pre-tracking notification with a two hour delivery window.

I need my Mirror delivered on a specific day

Whilst our delivery time scales are estimated we can often work with you to organise delivery on a day that works for you. Should this be the case we would advise emailing us before placing your order so that we can confirm that we can meet your delivery requirements. hello@yearn.co.uk

I'm unable to wait in for delivery

With pre-authorisation we are able to leave your delivery in a covered safe area or with a specified neighbour. We are unable to accept liability on orders reported missing from a 'safe place delivery'

Access or parking restrictions at my home, can you still deliver to me?

Our delivery partner will contact you in advance of delivery to ensure the correct vehicle is allocated for your delivery. If you have limited access or restrictions, please contact us directly.

Will you remove the packaging?

We do not offer a packaging removal service. Once your mirror(s) have been delivered you have 30 days to inspect and report any issues.

Do you offer Click and Collect?

Yes, for your convenience we now offer a free click and collect service from London E9 5LH. Simply select 'pick up' at checkout. We will then contact you by email to arrange a suitable collection day and time. Collections are by prior appointment only mon-fri between 8am-4pm.

UK Offshore Delivery Surcharges

Channel Islands

Please contact us for a delivery quote. Orders delivered to the Channel Islands are not subject to UK VAT. Local taxes and duties may apply upon delivery.
