We offer a convenient click & collect service, allowing you to collect your order directly at a time that suits you. Our click & Collect service offers a simple and flexible alternative to home delivery

How It works

Simply select pick up at checkout. Once your order has been placed we'll contact you as soon as it's ready for colelction with all of the relevant details and collection instructions.

Collection times

Most orders are ready for collection within 1-2 working days. Collections are strictly Mon-Fri by appointment only. We offer collections between the hours of 8am-4pm.

Location

Collection is available from our London factory in E9 5LH. Our full collection address will be provided once your order has been confirmed.

Useful Click & Collect Information

Click & Collect product check

On your appointment day one of our team will be on hand to greet you. They will open up the product to show you that it is free from damage.

Click & Collect Returns excpetions

We are unable to accept returns on click and collect orders that are reported damaged after collection. This does not effect your consumer rights if a product fault is noted after the collection day or a simple change of mind return is initiated within 30 days. Should you wish to initiate a change of mind return on a click & collect order the item would need to be dropped back to us in an unused re-sellable condition. We do not offer a free collection service for unwanted returns that were originally collected from our Factory. We reserve the right to void any refunds where products are sent back damaged or with inadequate packaging.

What do i need to bring with me?

Please bring your order confirmation with you for proof of purchase. This can be in the form of email on a mobile device.

Suitable Vehicle

Before collection we recommend ensuring that your mirror fits securely inside your vehicle. If reqired, the packaging dimensions can be provided prior to collection.
